Support for every unit we manufacture
As the manufacturer — not a reseller — AVS keeps the design files, test data and component stock for every Price Change Unit, LED tube, module and signage build we have shipped for over 9 years. That means faster diagnosis, genuine replacement parts and engineers who actually know your installation. Whether you run a single forecourt or a national network across Petronas, Shell, Petron, Vivo or BHP sites, support comes straight from the people who built your displays.

Technical support

Warranty & service
AVS displays carry a manufacturer warranty of 3 years standard, extendable to 5 — the exact term depends on the market, configuration and service arrangement, and is stated on your quotation. Every unit ships only after a 48-hour burn-in, cold-chamber dry-joint test and vibration test, with conformal-coated PCBs for harsh forecourt conditions. We honour warranty service on covered units and offer planned servicing to keep IP54/IP67 enclosures and connectors weather-tight year-round. We stand behind that commitment: when a board-set replacement was needed outside a supplier's coverage, AVS self-funded the full replacement, around RM100,000, rather than leave the site with a non-working display.
Spare parts & replacements
Genuine replacement digits, Cree/Osram LED panels, PCU Controllers, photocells, 5-button 433 MHz remotes, IP68 connectors and HDPE/aluminium casing parts. Cut-to-fit ATHH Green and ColorLine tube sections, clips and quick-connectors are available to match your original build.
RMA process
Faulty unit? Email info@avs.my with the model, serial and a short fault description (photos help). We issue an RMA reference, confirm whether it is in or out of warranty, and advise return-to-factory or on-site swap. Repaired or replaced parts are retested before they ship back.
Documentation & drawings
Request datasheets, wiring and RS232–RS485 integration diagrams, mechanical drawings, IFSF/CE/RoHS/FCC certificate copies and installation guides for your exact configuration. As manufacturer we hold the records for each project, so documentation matches the units actually on your site.
On-site & project support
For rollouts and complex sites we provide on-site commissioning, controller setup (one PCU Controller drives up to 8 PCUs), POS/IFSF integration assistance and operator training. Multi-site network operators can arrange scheduled maintenance visits across their forecourts.
Export & multi-market support
Beyond Malaysia, AVS displays are exported and supported across Cambodia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Chile and Pakistan. Service and spare parts are handled cross-border for these markets, coordinated directly with our factory.
