Housing & build
The extrusion is the same for both colours. Overall length is made to order — the 602 mm build on the drawing is one reference configuration, not a fixed size.

Red module vs white module
Same housing, two LED builds. The white module is brighter and cuts every 3 LEDs; the red module runs cooler and cuts every 4.

Installation Flexibility
Hyperlite supports customisable lengths and adjustable LED pitch, allowing installers to optimise brightness distribution for various signage sizes and layouts. The field-cuttable design enables quick on-site adjustment without compromising performance.
Cut at the marked joint with a side cutter, re-terminate at the exposed pads, seal — no return to the factory.
Schematic drawing, not to scale — LED count and spacing are illustrative. Gold marks show the solder pads exposed by the cut. Cutting anywhere other than a marked joint breaks the circuit for that segment.
