Certifications
Every AVS product line goes through independent lab testing and an in-house QC regime before it reaches a forecourt — 9+ years of proven performance on Petronas and BHP sites, backed by CE/EMC, FCC, RoHS, LVD, IP65 ingress protection and IEC 62368-1 safety for the PCU, with SIRIM QAS-tested LED tubes and lens strips.
Tested by an accredited lab, not just by us
Before any AVS Price Change Unit, LED tube or module is released to market, it is submitted to independent, accredited test laboratories — including SIRIM QAS International in Malaysia — for compliance and safety assessment. The certificates below are issued against those test runs; full certificates and test reports are available here or on request.

Built to survive the forecourt
Certification proves compliance on paper. Reliability comes from how we build and screen every unit. Each AVS PCU goes through the same in-house regime before it ships — the conditions a fuel-price display faces at the kerbside, simulated and stressed.
- 48-hour burn-in test — every unit runs continuously for 48 hours so early-life failures surface in the factory, not on the monolith.
- Cold-chamber dry-joint test — units are taken into a freezer to expose marginal or dry solder joints that only fail at low temperature.
- Vibration test — assemblies are vibration-tested to confirm connectors, boards and casings stay sound through transport and wind load.
- Conformal-coated PCBs — boards are conformal-coated to resist humidity, condensation and the salt-laden air of outdoor forecourts.
- High & low temperature aging — independently certified after high/low temperature aging tests; certificate reference available on request.
48-hour burn-in
Continuous powered soak before release.
Cold-chamber dry-joint test
Freezer screening catches low-temperature solder faults.
Vibration test
Validates mechanical integrity through transport and wind.
Conformal-coated PCBs
Moisture and corrosion protection for outdoor service.
