The forecourt is the hardest place to put a display
A petrol-station price sign has to be legible under direct equatorial sun, survive monsoon downpours and decades of canopy vibration, and never show the wrong number to a passing motorist. Glare washes out weak displays, sealed enclosures fail in the heat, manual price changes are slow and error-prone, and a single dead digit becomes a maintenance call on a 24-hour site.
AVS answers every one of these. Our LED Price Change Units run premium Cree and Osram LEDs with 120° viewing and 64-level automatic photocell brightness, so digits stay crisp at noon and comfortable after dark. IP54-to-IP67 enclosures, IP68 cabling connectors and conformal-coated PCBs are rated −30 to +60 °C, and every board passes a 48-hour burn-in, cold-chamber dry-joint and vibration test before it leaves the line. Prices update wirelessly by remote, terminal, or straight from your POS over IFSF — no ladders, no transcription mistakes.
